So I’m still behind on my blog…but I’m working on it…this was a picture session I did with my sister’s family back when the wheat was still standing…and she usually has to wait longer for me to edit hers anyway…but I had to show them because they are perfect farm family pictures!

Thanks for being patient with me sis!  And you can copy these for your Facebook page if you want!!    My poor sister…she has to wait so long for things from me…I know all my clients are thinking the same thing right now…but just ask her…it could be worse!

You might remember the maternity pictures I did with Dominic’s parents…his dad wore his fatigues and just days after he was born had to go back to Afganistan..don’t know how they do it…

I just love these…and I get teary every time I look at them.  I want his daddy to come home soon!

I got a new nest prop and Dominic was almost too big for it at one month old…

I’ve known this family for a long time and I have taken their picture a few times in the past.  The girls are getting so tall…which my sister is so excited about since Lindsey is one of her star volleyball players and Grace will be joining the team next year…

They grow up so fast…before I know it Izzie will be playing high school volleyball…

I had to cancel on Colby with our first appointment but we met up and got things going the second time.  Colby is way into cars and refurbishing old cars and pickups so that was often the theme of our time together…

Then we found a car that maybe Colby could work on someday…although you  all know I prefer the ones that look like they need work…the older the better…

It is fun to get families together…this family came from a few places including New Jersey to Sidney to get together and I had a great morning with them.  They were so fun!

I have taken Carson and Aidan’s picutres in the past so we concentrated more on their cousins from New Jersey but here they are on the storyboard with their Grandma…who was so excited to have all her grandchildren together.

Morgan is a senior graduating from South Platte this year…she loves zebra print…which I didn’t know until I got this backdrop out and her mom said “Oh…that is SOOO Morgan.”  I knew we would have a great session!

Corey is a senior from Julesburg, Colorado…

He was really into sports…which is what I love…so that part was really easy!  I think this my favorite football shot…

We went all over the place for Corey’s pictures…and his mom and sister came along which was so fun!  They told him exactly what to do and what to wear…all he had to do was smile!

Mason is a senior from Sterling, Colorado…

He was such a good sport for the whole session…we did this on probably one of the hottest afternoons of the summer!  It was over 100 degrees and HOT HOT HOT!

Glad you can’t see the sweat on Mason…it was sure dripping off of me!
