I love taking these volleyball pictures every year because the girls always want to do something different!  This year they used an aiplane at the McClung residence and I love they way they turned out.  I designed a team poster for them and I really like the way it turned out…

I just got back from the PPN (Professional Photographer’s of Nebraska) Fall Conference and it was so good!  I learned a lot and I came home with new ideas and lots of things I want to try.  I did learn some things about workflow that I am going to put into practice.  I have to make some changes and simplify some things or I’m going to go crazy…literally.  I have so many sessions to edit right now, the tunnel is very dark…no light in sight.  But I hope to start to make things a little easier and quicker so I don’t have to be up at 2:30 am posting things.  Geesh.

This is Delaney…she was here for her 6 month pictures and I don’t think I got one smile out of her the whole time.  She had an ear infection at the time and wasn’t feeling well but she wasn’t impressed in the least.  This time was a different story…

I love the bright colors in her outfit…

Her Mommy is so organized…already has a Christmas dress for pictures…I’m lucky if I get my kids’ Christmas outfits ordered in time to be here by Christmas Eve…

Delaney loves her horse…I think they are good friends. 

She didn’t want much to do with sitting on her horse but sitting right in front of him was just fine with her.

We had a beautiful morning for our session together…which was a huge change from our session last fall…it was ready to snow last year and really cold…which was probably why we had such a hard time getting smiles out of Ridglyn.  But not this year…she was full of smiles!

Chesney is the funny man of the group.  He is always smiling and goofing around…so much fun!

Amber came for her senior pictures from the Kearney area and I had the best time with her and her mom, sister and grandma.  It was a real Girl’s Day Out!

It has been so much fun photographing all the seniors I have had this year…it’s been a great time!  This is Justin…

Justin is from my hometown of Lodgepole and I will always have a soft spot for the Lodgepole kids…

He also happens to be my sister’s nephew and she thinks the world of him!

We took a lot of these at a farmstead that has been in Justin’s family…I love when I can go to different locations and make the photographs unique to each kid…

Justin’s mom talked him into going shirtless for some pictures…and once we got started we couldn’t quit…he looks like a clothing ad of some sort here…

Plus I absolutely LOVE this spot we found in Lodgepole…
