I wanted to get it out there that I am full and not taking any more appointments until September. I have already taken on way more than I should have so I have to draw the line! Once September gets here I will be available one Saturday a month since I work full time in the school system during the school year and I just have to stick to that this year (I think I can…I think I can…). I hope to get those dates out soon so everyone can plan. This does not apply to babies that are arriving in August…I will still get you in I promise! The September date I have open is Saturday the 11th. That one is pretty set. In October I am planning on the 9th at this point but that may change. I will be having mini-sessions in October for Christmas cards, etc. and I’m thinking I will probably do the 9th and 10th to get everyone in. If you can’t find a time to schedule a whole session, mini-sessions are a great way to update a family pictures and put on your Christmas cards. November 6th will most likely be my November date. This will be the last possible date to schedule a session to ensure having them back before Christmas. I apologize for my limited availability during the school year but I can’t continue to juggle so many things all the time. I’m going to go crazy…or quite possibly I already have…and I’m about to make my family crazy in the process!! If you have already contacted me about a date and we just haven’t gotten something set up yet…I will make room for you before September. And if you are having a baby this fall and have your heart set on photographing that miraculous time, I will work with you on that…it may have to be scheuduled on an evening during the week but I don’t want to exclude the newborns because of my one day a month schedule. The same applies to babies on my Baby Plan. Thank you for your understanding!

Crazy Schedule!
Wednesday, June 30th, 2010Baby Kendall
Tuesday, June 29th, 2010What a sweet sweet baby girl…

This is one is definitely my favorite of the session…

Kendall shares the same birthday as my Isabelle…so she is extra special!

She was pretty fussy for the first part of our session but we were eventually able to get her to relax and take some great photographs!

So peaceful…

This is a 4 generation picture of Marsha and her grandparents and her mother…I wish I had grandparents living to take a picture like this…

And a kiss from her Daddy…he is so proud of his little girl…

She has a hint of red hair…I wonder if it will stay…

Congratulations Luke and Marsha on your precious little girl. Wonderful things come to those who wait!
Campbell
Tuesday, June 29th, 2010Sweet Campbell is 8 months old! I’ve taken his newborn and 4 month shots and he just keeps getting cuter…and I absolutely adore kids with red hair! Love it!

I think this background color makes his red hair pop!

Kids love to have their fingers in their mouth at this age…

A boy and his John Deere….

He didn’t want to stay in one place which is so typical of kiddos at this age…so we got out the blocks. He enjoyed them…

So much he had to taste them all…this one just makes me laugh every time I look at it…

These shots are always among my favorites…

And a storyboard to share…

Thank you so much Jeff and Julie for bringing your little man back to see me again! I can’t wait until next time!
Farm Family
Monday, June 28th, 2010I had so much fun at this session at a farm near Lodgepole. I’ve known this family for a really long time and it was fun to take pictures at their own farm…so they have so much more meaning…

I absolutely love the barn…wish I had one in my backyard! Here are the siblings…

And Matt’s beautiful family…some pictures from their session last summer are still some of my favorites!

Kyle has such a great looking family too!

This family did a fantastic job of “coordinating” their clothing…

Here are the boys of the family on the tractor which has been such a big part of their lives…

I love this shot….because I just love that barn! I need one!

And just one more to share of Donald and Coreen…they look so happy!

Thank you all for a wonderful session…and for being patient with me while I try to get back on track!
Cora and Grady
Friday, June 18th, 2010I love these kids! I have taken their pictures several times and I love every session with them!

Cora is such a beauty…and she completely cracks me up…what a kid…

18 months is such a fun age…

This is one of my favorites…

Grady’s mom really wanted a standing picture which is easier said than done at this age. Grady wasn’t into standing still but we got some!

And one more of Cora…I could photograph her every day…

Thank you Ed and DeAnna for being so patient with me as I muttled through this week. I love that you are my clients and part of my photography family and I already look forward to the next time!
Grandma Esther
Wednesday, June 16th, 2010My husband’s grandmother passed away last Saturday and we have been spending all of our time with family this week. I wanted to post a few pictures in memory of Grandma Esther. We were lucky to have had her in our lives for as long as we did…we love you Grandma.

I love this picture of Grandma reading to Izzie when she was younger. It is a picture we will forever cherish.

I am very behind on editing and ordering but I will do my best to get back on track. Thank you to everyone for your patience during our time of loss.
Logan
Thursday, June 10th, 2010Logan’s grandma called me at Christmas time when Logan was a newborn wanting pictures since she was in town from Kansas but we were in DisneyWorld while she was here so it didn’t work out. I was really excited to get to take 6 month pictures while they were visiting this time!

This one might be my favorite!

Isn’t she the cutest thing?

She was such a smiley baby…made my job easy…

I was just playing around with this one…

Could she look any happier?

Here is one of the 3 generation pictures with Janell, Logan and Grandma Florence.

And a picture of Logan with her parents…

Thank you Diane and Janell for bringing your sweet baby to me for pictures and thank you Florence for calling again. I’m so glad it worked out this time!
Bailey
Thursday, June 10th, 2010I have been taking pictures for Matt and Kelly since Kelly was pregnant with Bailey and now she is 2 years old! I love working with families like this for so long…there is just a sense of ease when going to do sessions for families that you have built a relationship with…

Bailey has grown up so much since her 1 year shots…and she has so much more hair!

I love this family picture….Bailey is trying to give me her flower…too sweet…

Matt climbed up in the tree and had hoped Bailey would join him but she wanted nothing to do with that…she did however want to give her Daddy a kiss…

She was really into watering the flowers…I don’t know how many trips she took back and forth to get more water…

Love this shot…those eyelashes are to die for…

What cool sunglasses! I can’t believe how good she was about wearing them and the things in her hair too!

And her storyboard…

Thank you Matt and Kelly. As always I had a great time with you and Bailey. She is growing up!
My kiddos
Tuesday, June 8th, 2010So I’m gonna brag a little…my kids just turned 6 and 3 and these are the photographs I took to represent them at these ages.
I already have this one in a canvas waiting to be hung in my bedroom…love the fun texture and the relationship in this one…

Ethan just finished Kindergarten…holy cow…

And Isabelle just turned 3 yesterday…where does the time go…

This is by far my favorite!

Ethan is definately in the “goober” smile age so I have to catch him when he doesn’t think I’m about ready to snap a photo. Lord knows how much he has had a camera in his face in his little short life…he knows what to expect for sure!

Izzie just loves her cowboy boots…we better be looking for the next size now!

And just one more fun one…

Thank you to all my blog followers for bearing with me while I brag about the best little masterpieces I have ever created!
J.T. and Macradee
Tuesday, June 8th, 2010J.T. and Macradee came to see me from Hershey. So cute!

J.T. wasn’t too sure about having his picture taken at first but he warmed up quickly…

But I had to work quick because when he decided he was done with something…he wasn’t joking!

And his little sister Macradee who is about 4 months old was pretty happy for a little while but when she was done she meant it too!

She kept cocking her head to one side…which was so cute…

What pretty big blue eyes…

Thank you Megan for making the trip to bring your kiddos to see me! They are adorable!
